Prof. Desirée van Gorp and Dr. Andrea Busiliache from Nyenrode Business Universiteit held two very important seminars related to Artificial Intelligence and its use in teaching and learning, focussing in particular on the importance of Prompt Engineering.
Nyenrode Business Universiteit is a Dutch business university founded in 1946 and located in the town of Breukelen, between Amsterdam and Utrecht.
On the 27th of May the two experts met teachers of ITT Buonarroti and of other various schools thanks to the collaboration with IPRASE, which sustained the initiative as an important opportunity for teachers training.
On the 28th of May prof. van Gorp and Dr. Busiliake met Computer Science classes and proposed reflections about the use of AI as a tool for learning.

Prof. Dr. Désirée M. van Gorp LL.M. is Professor at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. She is part of Nyenrode's Faculty Research Center for Entrepreneurship, Governance & Stewardship. Currently, Désirée is Chairman of the International Advisory Board; Chairman of the Full time MBA Program Committee and Deputy member of the Appeal Committee for General Management and PhD programs.
In the past ten years, Désirée was Associate Dean of the academic degree programs; Dean Ad interim of the Nyenrode New Business School; Program Director of the International full time MBA; Program Director of the Executive MBA; Member of the Appeal Committee for students General Management, PhD and Accountancy and Controlling; Member of the Boards of the Europe India Institute and the Stichting Nyenrode Fonds; and Director of the Department International Business & Diplomacy.
Prof. Dr. Désirée M. van Gorp holds a Master's degree with a specialization in international law from Leiden University. She obtained her PhD in business administration at Nyenrode.
Dr. Busiliache is an experienced business strategy professional with over 14 years of experience working for multinationals in telecommunications and information technology. Most recently, she is part of the business development strategy team at Microsoft, shaping strategic partnerships and acquisitions in the space of AI and Intelligent Cloud. She is actively advising start-ups in ag tech and smart cities, particularly around technology choices as well as business models. Dr. Busiliache has an International MBA from Nyenrode Business Universiteit, Netherlands, where she specialized in Business Sustainability and graduated with a thesis on Orchestrated Collaboration Models for Smart Cities, sponsored by IBM Europe. Dr. Busiliache founded the non-profit organization Young&Bold together with some fellow alumni and Prof Dr Désirée van Gorp.
