Last 25th October 2022 we welcomed in our school two visiting teachers coming from Heinrich-Emanuel-Merck-Schule in Darmstadt, Germany, a vocational school for electrical engineering and information technology.
A very promising first meeting with Prof. Frank Rebel, head of department of electrical engineering and responsible for the schooling education of trainees in electrical engineering professions for industry and trade (dual system) in the region of Darmstadt and Prof. Matthias Urban, Erasmus+ coordinator of Heinrich-Emanuel-Merck school.
During the talk, several common objectives were identified, in terms of students learning and European mobilities.
The two German hosts met our school headmaster dr. Laura Zoller, prof. Leonarda Raffoni responsible for Erasmus+ program, prof. Stefania Stani responsible for internationalization and prof. Stefano Leonardelli, head of the electrical department.
The group terminated the visit with a tour of our school and labs. We are looking forward to further contacts in order to possibly plan a new cooperation with this interesting school.
